Contract conclusion

We agree to accept the customer's order in accordance with the terms and conditions and prices listed on the website. In the case of special offers, these are valid only while supplies last.

Prices

When ordering through our online store, only the prices listed on our website apply, plus applicable sales tax.

Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is made ex works to the delivery address specified by the customer. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries. We will make every effort to meet the delivery dates we have specified.

Terms of payment

Unless otherwise agreed, the purchase price is due immediately upon delivery. Payments must be made without deduction to the account specified on our invoices. If delivery by cash on delivery has been agreed, the goods will not be handed over to the customer until full payment has been received.

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Section 5e of the Consumer Protection Act, customers who are consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act may withdraw from a contract concluded through distance selling (or a contractual declaration made through distance selling) within seven business days of receiving the ordered goods. It is sufficient for the notice of withdrawal to be sent within this period.

However, we cannot grant this right for goods that are custom-made according to the customer's specifications. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.

Retention of title

The goods ordered remain our property until full payment has been received.

Warranty and liability

Defective goods must be returned to us, with a description of the defect, after prior written notification, via a carrier or parcel service designated by us. We undertake to provide the customer with replacement goods free of defects.

We do not share your personal information with third parties. If you do not wish to receive information about our offers, we will remove your email address from our newsletter mailing lists upon request.

The place of jurisdiction is 5600 St. Johann. Unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of the purchaser’s home country law, Austrian law shall apply. The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded. The contract language is German. The customer acknowledges that the order data will be processed and stored using automated systems. The customer expressly agrees to the inclusion of their address data in our customer database.

We make every effort to ensure that the website functions properly. However, delays, system errors, or downtime may occasionally occur. Such occurrences cannot be entirely ruled out. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any direct or indirect damages or losses arising from the use or non-use of our services.

However, there is no legal entitlement to do so. Our service is not available for posts containing pornographic content. We reserve the right to delete posts if they violate our Terms and Conditions.
