Privacy policy
The protection of your personal data is of particular importance to us. We therefore process your data exclusively in accordance with legal requirements (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in connection with our website.
Contact Us
If you contact us via the form on our website or by email, we will store the information you provide for six months to process your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this information without your consent.
Data storage
Please note that, in order to simplify the purchasing process and facilitate subsequent contract processing, the online store operator stores the IP address of the internet connection owner via cookies, as well as the buyer’s name and address.
In addition, we also store the following data for the purpose of contract processing: IBAN, VAT ID. The data you provide is necessary for the performance of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot enter into a contract with you. Data is not transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of bank details to the processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods, and to our tax advisor for the fulfillment of our tax obligations.
If the purchase process is canceled, the data we have stored will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data related to the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiration of the statutory retention period (7 years).
In addition, the following data—name, address, purchased goods, and date of purchase—will be stored until the product liability period expires (10 years). Data processing is carried out in accordance with the legal provisions of Section 96(3) of the Telecommunications Act (TKG) as well as Article 6(1)(a) (consent) and/or (b) (necessary for the performance of a contract) of the GDPR.

Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of our website.
Web analytics
We have entered into a data processing agreement with the service provider.
Data processing is carried out in accordance with the legal provisions of Section 96(3) of the Telecommunications Act (TKG) and Article 6(1)(a) (consent) and/or (f) (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.
Our objective, in accordance with the GDPR (legitimate interest), is to improve our services and our website. Because we value our users’ privacy, user data is pseudonymized [pseudonymization is recommended when the legal basis is “legitimate interest”; this must be clarified with the web analytics service].
